Job summary

Saviynt is seeking a technical writer to independently explore, configure, and test cloud-native security capabilities, including AI-powered features, and to own the documentation strategy from development through release.

You will craft configuration guides, API references, and troubleshooting resources; collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate complex concepts; mentor other writers; and design AI-enabled documentation workflows with RAG readiness.

Responsibilities

• Independently explore, configure, and test cloud-native security capabilities, including AI-powered features.
• Own documentation strategy and execution from development through release.
• Craft configuration guides, integration instructions, API references, and troubleshooting resources.
• Analyze documentation usage, performance data, and stakeholder feedback to identify knowledge gaps and drive improvement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and subject matter experts to translate intricate technical details.
• Mentor and guide other technical writers to elevate the team's capabilities.
• Design, implement, and scale AI-enabled documentation workflows for content generation and validation.
• Ensure content is AI/LLM-ready and retrieval-ready, including familiarity with RAG concepts.
