Job summary

Saviynt is seeking founding members for its AI Security team to architect and build the next-generation platform for enterprise identity and privileged access. You will design scalable microservices in Go and lead engineering discussions across Cloud and Edge architectures.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, governance, and secure, observable distributed systems, with mentoring responsibilities for the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years at an Associate Principal level of backend software engineering experience.
• Expert-level Go (Golang) development.
• Deep experience building distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong technical leadership, architecture, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, REST APIs, and cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the next-generation AI Security platform for enterprise identity and privileged access.
• Design and develop highly scalable microservices in Go powering the Cloud Control Plane and Edge Backends.
• Mentor engineers, lead architecture discussions, and drive engineering best practices.
• Develop enterprise security capabilities including IAM, Zero Trust, and networked services.
