Intuit, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive blueprint-based AI workflow redesigns and prototype agentic workflows prior to enterprise rollout.

You will establish baselines, adoption measures, and governance standards while guiding workforce evolution and ensuring ownership transfer to business functions. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of relevant experience, hands-on production coding or prototyping, and experience driving cross-organizational change.

Requires 12+ years of relevant experience with a technical background and hands-on production coding or prototyping.
Experience building agentic workflow prototypes and at least three years driving change in other organizations.
Enterprise-scale AI workflow adoption experience with VP-level stakeholder influence.

Lead blueprint-based AI workflow redesigns with business-function AI Champions, personally prototyping and validating agentic workflows before enterprise rollout. Establish baselines and adoption measures, maintain governance and architecture standards, support workforce evolution, and ensure functions own redesigned workflows after handoff.

Requirements

Requires 12+ years of relevant experience, a technical background with hands-on production coding or prototyping, current experience building agentic workflow prototypes, and at least three years driving change within other organizations. Candidates must have enterprise-scale AI workflow adoption experience, VP-level stakeholder influence, and a bachelor’s degree; a technical degree and master’s degree are preferred.
