Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a senior leader to oversee blueprint-based AI workflow redesigns and champion agentic workflows from prototyping to production.

Job description

Lead blueprint-based AI workflow redesigns with business-function AI Champions, prototyping and validating agentic workflows before production adoption. Establish baselines and measurement, support lasting behavioral adoption and workforce evolution, maintain portfolio visibility, and transfer ownership to the business while feeding platform and architecture improvements back to central teams.

Requirements

Requires 12+ years of relevant experience, a technical background with production coding or hands-on prototyping, current practical experience building agentic workflows, and at least three years driving change within other organizations.
