Job summary

Micron Technology in San Jose, CA is seeking a DRAM Product Manager to define multi‑year strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle for memory products. You will translate customer and market needs into clear requirements and act as the product expert with customers and partners.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3–5 years of product management or product development experience in the semiconductor industry
• Experience defining technical product requirements and managing cross‑functional execution
• Strong technical foundation in data center products or memory solutions
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach; apply artificial intelligence tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, product management, or related field
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and server ecosystem trends
• Familiarity with JAMA, JIRA, or similar tools for requirements management
• Strong communication and presentation skills with customer‑facing experience
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance product management workflows

Compensation

US base salary range: $141,000.00 – $319,000.00 a year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity.
