AVEVA is seeking a Tech Support Principal Engineer to join our Global Technical Support team. You will handle complex inquiries, translate technical needs into actionable solutions, and coordinate cross-team investigations across Sales, R&D, Services and Projects.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of industry knowledge in Oil & Gas or refinery economics.
- Strong numerical background with relevant degree.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to varied audiences.
- Experience presenting to clients and large audiences.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries with technical guidance and solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Project Management to resolve issues.
- Develop training materials and conduct training courses.
- Track and prioritize customer queries and coordinate investigations across teams.
