Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions seeks a Tech Principal Product Manager for Manufacturing to own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across the company’s manufacturing technology domain. The role focuses on optimizing manufacturing planning, shop floor productivity, inventory visibility, scheduling, quality, and fulfillment while enabling scalable growth across the manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management or techno-functional roles supporting Manufacturing/Supply Chain/ERP.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Marketing, CS, or related field.
• Experience with discrete manufacturing, BOMs, routings, capacity planning, quality, and MES is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, align stakeholders, and manage executive-level priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities across the manufacturing network.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Technology to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Define success metrics and drive adoption, governance, and compliance in manufacturing solutions.
• Manage product backlog in Jira, write epics/features/user stories, and guide Agile delivery.
