Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the product strategy for the Manufacturing technology domain, driving capabilities across planning, production, inventory, quality, scheduling, and shop floor operations within the company’s manufacturing network.

This leadership role partners with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Technology to deliver measurable business value and scalable improvements. Onsite in Claremont, NC with travel to other US locations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of Product Management or techno-functional experience supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, ERP, or related enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience with discrete manufacturing, BOMs, routings, work centers, capacity planning, quality management, and MES is preferred.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, manage competing priorities, and communicate across executive, operational, and technical audiences.
• Onsite in the Williams-Sonoma manufacturing Claremont, NC office with travel to other US sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the Manufacturing product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Define success metrics and plans tied to manufacturing efficiency, throughput, inventory accuracy, and quality.
• Lead discovery and translate needs into epics, features, and prioritized Jira backlogs for Agile delivery.
• Identify and deliver AI-enabled capabilities to improve planning, shop floor productivity, and decision making.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to align roadmap and priorities.
• Ensure governance, security, audit, licensing, and compliance requirements are met.
