Oliver Wyman is seeking a Principal to lead and manage high-stakes client engagements in the technology, media, and private capital sectors. The role requires guiding complex programs, nurturing executive relationships, and delivering on ambitious milestones across global teams.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, communication with senior clients, and a track record of building intellectual capital while traveling extensively to client sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or CMT/TMT industry experience + Private Capital experience.
• Commercial Due Diligence expertise.
• Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.
• Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Providing day to day leadership of client projects and parts of the client relationship, partnering with Partners.
• Leading and managing complex programs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Guiding and influencing clients across situations, becoming trusted advisors.
• Engaging in building business by identifying new opportunities.
• Creating intellectual capital through thought leadership.
• Developing others and building a following for the firm.
• Leading firm-building activities and upholding firm values.
