Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Principal to lead complex client engagements in technology, media, and private equity sectors. You will provide day-to-day leadership, shape client relationships, and drive delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires 7+ years in strategy consulting, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 50%+. The position offers a hybrid work model, competitive base salary, and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or CMT/TMT industry experience + Private Capital experience.
• Commercial Due Diligence expertise.
• Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.
• Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and client relationships.
• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery, leveraging best practices and expertise.
• Guide and influence clients across situations, becoming trusted advisors.
• Engage in building business by identifying new opportunities.
