The Human Resources Generalist serves as a key partner in the effective delivery of human resources across the company with specific partnership and support for divisions. This position is responsible for a broad range of professional‑level Human Resources (HR) functions with a focus on compliance and employee relations. Working closely with Silvus leadership, this role exercises independent judgment and discretion in interpreting and applying employment laws, policies, and procedures and recommending appropriate actions on employee relations, policy interpretation, and compliance matters.
Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Generalist, this position will support the Operations team located at both headquarters in West Los Angeles as well as Salt Lake City, UT. This role also plays a critical role in policy interpretation and enforcement, compliance monitoring, HR data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support company goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, successful handling of multiple deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving in a fast‑paced HR environment.
This position is based at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles, CA, and is on a hybrid schedule. A minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On‑site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

$100,000 - $110,000 / annually
