Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 10–14+ years in system-level test and evaluation.
• Experience reviewing and strengthening other teams' test approaches and documentation.
• Strong familiarity with DoD and MIL‑STD test processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority on test strategy across CW applications.
• Review verification strategies to ensure scalability across HW/SW and standards.
• Mentor Staff and Lead Test Engineers and unblock hard technical problems.
• Support Test Process execution, TRRs, and customer acceptance events.
• Ensure traceability from requirements through verification and validation across CW programs.
• Promote reuse of test infrastructure and lessons learned across programs.
