RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer II for onsite work in Andover, MA to plan and execute complex integration and verification test events on missile defense technologies. You will develop test plans, troubleshoot hardware and software, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure system performance and validation.

This entry‑level role requires a master's degree in STEM, willingness to travel up to 15%, and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics by start date.
• Experience generating test plans, procedures, or technical reports.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues in an academic or internship setting.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsabilidades

• Support testing effort: Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification in both simulated and real‑world environments.
• Troubleshoot and Analyze: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed analysis and debugging.
• Drive Performance: Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
• Modeling and Analysis: Utilize modeling and simulation tools to predict system performance and support verification and validation.
• Integrate Systems: Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems in field test and hardware in the loop environments, evaluating their functionality and impact.
• Collaborate: Work with a multi‑disciplinary team to achieve seamless integration and system functionality.
• Document and Communicate: Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements, and effectively communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Travel up to 15% to support missions at RTX facilities, test sites, and customer locations, primarily during first shift.
