Job summary

Modern Government Solutions (MGS) seeks a Principal Systems Engineer, Digital Engineering Solutions to lead architecture, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise engineering platforms in secure cloud environments supporting national security missions. Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance is required.
• Security+ CE certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field is required.
• 16+ years of experience architecting, deploying, and sustaining enterprise engineering platforms in cloud environments.
• Experience with Teamwork Cloud, Cameo, Cassandra, AaC, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
• Experience integrating enterprise apps with workflow, ticketing, automation, or ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, deployment, modernization, and sustainment of engineering platforms in cloud environments.
• Develop and optimize Automation as Code (AaC) solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design integrations between engineering platforms, workflows, and enterprise services.
• Provide technical leadership for databases, authentication, and IdAM in MBSE environments.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues; perform root cause analysis.
