Job summary

Responsibilities include developing solutions across disciplines, supporting bids and proposals, and maintaining security clearance where required. Bachelor degree and 12+ years in relevant environments are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in a related field and 12+ years of experience in a range of roles within a relevant complex engineering environment.
• May be required to maintain security clearance.
• Breadth and depth of engineering skills to develop engineering solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Develops plans and leads systems engineering teams to ensure optimum use of time and resources and provides technical leadership.
• Supports the bid and proposal process by leading a portion of the technical proposal effort.
• Coordinates with other engineering disciplines to identify and manage dependencies to ensure work packages are delivered.
