Job summary

Ultra Maritime in Indiana is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead small-to-medium sized programs within cost and quality constraints, coordinating across teams and ensuring on-time delivery.

You will develop solutions, present at reviews, estimate work packages, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to safety, environmental compliance, and security requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field
• 6+ years experience in a relevant complex engineering environment
• May be required to maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Leads small-to-medium sized engineering projects or technical work packages within cost and quality requirements.
• Develops solutions and solves more complex problems to deliver engineering projects on-time, on-quality, and on-budget.
• Writes reports and presents work at peer and design reviews.
• Develops processes for the team and provides technical advice to teams.
• May estimate engineering packages of work to identify dependencies and ensure deliverability.
• May mentor and advise more junior team members.
