Job summary

Ultra Maritime is seeking a senior systems engineering leader to develop and guide technical teams in delivering complex engineering solutions within time, cost, and quality constraints.

Responsibilities include leading portions of the technical proposal effort, coordinating with other disciplines, and maintaining awareness of evolving technologies and safety/compliance requirements. A bachelor degree and extensive engineering experience are required, with security clearance possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (related field) required.
• 12+ years of experience in a range of roles within a relevant complex engineering environment.
• May be required to maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Applies breadth and depth of engineering skills to develop engineering solutions within time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Supports the bid and proposal process by leading a portion of the technical proposal effort and coordinating with other disciplines.
• Keeps up-to-date on trends and emerging technologies and tools; may include safety, environmental protection and compliance.
