Job summary

WiSC Enterprises, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineer, Principal to support DoD, IC, and Federal clients. You will lead architecture design, integration, and modernization across complex mission systems, cloud transformation, and cybersecurity integration.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, provide technical advisement to government stakeholders, and ensure compliance with DoD/NIST/RMF standards while aligning solutions with mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 15+ years of DoD/IC/Federal systems experience.
• Experience leading large systems engineering and integration programs.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud technologies and cybersecurity integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/DevSecOps and MBSE methodologies.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle systems engineering activities across requirements, architecture, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
• Provide technical leadership for defense, intelligence, cyber, and enterprise modernization programs.
• Develop architectures, baselines, and roadmaps; guide interface definitions and system models.
• Lead hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and mission-app integrations.
• Perform trade studies, modeling, simulations, and risk assessments for mission needs.
• Mentor engineers and guide technical direction across teams.
• Support proposal development and technical capture as required.
