Job summary

NTG seeks a Systems Engineering Subject Matter Expert to provide senior technical leadership across systems, network, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture within the WHCA IT enterprise. This role operates in highly classified environments, shaping architecture and engineering decisions with real impact on mission delivery.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 15+ years of progressive IT engineering experience in relevant domains.
• DoD 8140 baseline compliance and CISSP with ISSAP/ISSEP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME-level technical leadership for major systems, network, and cybersecurity engineering efforts.
• Lead architecture and design of secure IT systems across multiple classification domains.
• Develop and execute enterprise migration to post-quantum cryptography per NSA CNSA 2.0 timelines.
• Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI and data analytics to improve operations and defense.
• Retire legacy debt and modernize engineering practices to counter cyber threats.
• Interface with WHCA leadership and government staff; present options, risks, and recommendations.
• Mentor engineers and review designs, accreditation artifacts, and deliverables.
• Support RMF activities and security accreditation for systems under purview.
