Join a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell Services & Connectivity. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will have ownership of systems at every aspect of the systems life cycle, from the front end of business development through product end of life. You will work across disciplines within the Electromagnetic Solutions business to drive growth and reach critical business milestones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Serve as systems architect for cUAS products (and various Electronic Warfare and Radar products).
2. Work closely with the Business Development team on pursuits.
3. Collaborate across Honeywell to develop holistic solutions.
4. Write proposals and white papers.
5. Mentor other engineers.
6. Conduct requirements analysis and decomposition.
7. Engage in customer interaction.
8. Manage budget and schedule responsibilities.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• More than 10 years of engineering experience.
