Job summary

Oracle seeks a Principal-level Supply/Demand Planner to drive end-to-end planning, partnering across Sourcing, Demand Management, Finance, and suppliers to build resilient plans and optimize inventory.

In a high-visibility, fast-paced environment, you will lead cross-functional execution, present scenarios to senior leadership, mentor junior planners, and influence without authority to protect revenue and margin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply/Demand Planning or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to cross-functional and senior leadership audiences.
• Expert-level Excel skills for modeling, pivots, and forecasting/scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own supply plans in partnership with Sourcing Management, Demand Management, and suppliers to meet customer commitments.
• Create inventory strategies balancing service levels, cost, and working capital.
• Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps and lead cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions.
• Assess revenue capability and supply risk, providing insights and scenarios to senior leadership.
• Coordinate supply allocations with internal teams and suppliers to optimize outcomes.
• Present business results and recommendations to stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, and business units.
• Improve planning processes by contributing to new tools, metrics, and operating rhythms.
• Mentor and guide junior planners and support senior management on ad-hoc initiatives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Oracle lines of business and external suppliers.
