Job summary

Great Place To Work is seeking a Principal, Global Advisory Services to guide strategic client relationships and lead complex engagements. You will partner with executive stakeholders to deliver strategic insights, coaching teams and advancing consulting methodologies in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on independent leadership of enterprise projects, managing client outcomes, and expanding client impact while aligning stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in organizational consulting or related professional services.
• 5+ years leading medium-to-complex engagements with executives.
• Experience managing client relationships and driving account growth.
• Strong executive presence and communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% (includes international travel).
• U.S.-based only position.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and deliver complex, enterprise, multi-workstream projects with clear outcomes.
• Develop project plans, coordinate resources, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of executive-ready results.
• Coach and develop team members to meet client and project expectations.
• Contribute to growth and evolution of advisory services through thought leadership and initiatives.
• Ensure deliverables meet executive-ready standards for quality and strategic insight.
