The role focuses on observability, automation, and reliability across cloud and on‑prem solutions, with hands-on involvement in cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate has a strong ops/engineering background, 10+ years in cloud design and SRE, and experience with AWS and observability tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years in cloud infra design/ops
• 5+ years AWS experience
• 5+ years building DevOps/SRE function
• Experience with chaos engineering at scale
• Automation to prevent or remediate incidents
• Strong automation and monitoring capabilities

Responsibilities

• Design tech solutions to prevent or minimize service disruptions
• Lead blameless post-mortems and reliability initiatives
• Drive SRE standard methodologies across Global Technology
• Analyze incidents for high-level trends across the portfolio
• Define target state architecture and monitoring/observability standards
• Mentor diverse talent and lead cross-functional initiatives
