This hands-on leadership role focuses on defining the reliability roadmap, implementing SLI/SLO/SLA targets, and steering observability enhancements across a distributed environment. Qualifications

• 8+ years in site reliability, DevOps, or cloud platform roles, including leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration frameworks and cloud providers.
• Proficiency in observability tooling, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Site Reliability Engineering team and own the reliability roadmap.
• Define and govern SLI/SLO/SLA frameworks and on-call models.
• Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for major incidents and drive postmortems.
• Drive CI/CD automation and partner with DevOps to evolve shared infrastructure.
