This Principal Site Reliability Engineer role focuses on observability, reliability, and scalable operations across a complex distributed environment. You will lead SRE practices, drive automation, manage incident response, and collaborate with global teams to enhance availability and performance in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years designing and operating cloud infrastructure with senior‑level impact.
• 5+ years building and supporting solutions in Amazon AWS
• 5+ years of experience building and running a DevOps and/or SRE function
• Experience with implementation and operation of the chaos model at scale
• Proficiency with diverse programming languages and scripting

• Possesses extensive knowledge in own area of expertise and broader portfolio impacts.
• Responsibility for the design of technology solutions to prevent or minimize service disruptions.
• Prevents technology service disruptions through automation and recommendations.
• Fosters a culture of blameless post-mortems to improve reliability across services.
• Transform operations teams by adopting SRE methodologies across Global Technology.
• Analyzes incidents for high-level trends across the portfolio.
• Drives initiatives to reduce or prevent technology failures in a distributed environment.
• Pulls together information from disconnected systems into cohesive views of the technology portfolio.
• Contributes to target state architecture and design of the technology environment.
