Location: Richardson, Texas

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced RF and microwave Test Development Engineer with extensive hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge of modern network analyzers like Keysight PNA-X, calibration techniques, on-wafer testing, and expertise in s-parameters and IP3 testing. The role involves developing test systems based on customer requirements and deploying high-volume RF/microwave testing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical solution development and demonstrations.
• Develop, implement, and optimize RF/microwave test setups and procedures.
• Perform S-parameter measurements and RF characterization using Keysight PNA-X analyzers.
• Design and troubleshoot calibration techniques and measurement uncertainties.
• Perform on-wafer testing and advanced IP3 measurements.
• Develop high-volume test solutions with automation and reliability.
• Collaborate with customers to develop tailored test systems.
• Maintain documentation and troubleshoot test issues.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging RF technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, with 8+ years in RF/microwave testing.
• Expertise in calibration methods, on-wafer testing, and RF measurement concepts.
• Experience with high-volume test system development and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• U.S. export law compliance and ability to obtain security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 11+ years of component test experience with network analyzers.
• Semiconductor test experience and knowledge of electromagnetic simulation tools.

Salary Range: $113,049.19 - $186,884 annually, based in Richardson, TX. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, paid holidays, and more.
