Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a capable engineer to drive systems engineering baseline maturation for programs within the Digital Ecosystem segment. You will lead a small team or collaborate with a cross-disciplinary group under the guidance of lead engineers and customer reps to advance capability insertions throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes MBSE, software-centric and digital engineering, with opportunities for cloud-based environments and HPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5 years of experience, 3 years with master’s, 0 with PhD.
• Active DoD Secret clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and SAP within a reasonable period.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering baseline maturation for Digital Ecosystem projects.
• Manage a small team or collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams under senior leadership.
• Pursue incremental capability insertions across the program lifecycle.
