CesiumAstro is seeking a Principal Project Engineer to lead multi-disciplinary programs across aerospace systems. You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting to leadership, coordinating across engineering teams to ensure resourcing and timely delivery.

The role requires a BS/MS in an engineering field and 8 years of relevant experience, with strong communication skills and familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in a relevant engineering field from an accredited institution.
• 8 years of industry experience in a relevant engineering or project position.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and risks; report to leadership regularly.
• Coordinate activities across engineering teams to ensure proper resourcing.
• Drive complex programs to successful completion; participate in proposal writing.
