Redis seeks a Solutions Architect to educate and collaborate with customers to create Redis-powered solutions for their business and database needs, driving POCs, pilots, challenges and evaluations with hands-on work.

The ideal candidate is a good listener, capable of addressing a wide range of technical challenges while aligning with the customer's objectives and delivering exceptional technical and business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering for enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux.
• Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
• BS in Computer Science / B.A. or equivalent work experience.
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate and collaborate with customers to create Redis-powered solutions for their business and database needs.
• Drive POCs, pilots, challenges, and evaluations with hands-on customer engagement.
• Work with customer technical teams to ensure success of POCs and pilots.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop account strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Present Redis capabilities in a professional way to demonstrate business value and competitive advantages.
