Redis is recruiting a Solutions Architect to educate and collaborate with customers, designing Redis-powered solutions that fit their business and database needs. You will drive POCs, pilots, challenges and evaluations, working hands-on with customers using Redis technologies.

The ideal candidate excels at listening and delivering creative, pragmatic solutions aligned with business objectives. This role involves ongoing engagement with customers and a potential for flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales engineering for enterprise software.
• Hands-on server-side development experience.
• Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
• BS in Computer Science or BA, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Help customers meet technology and business requirements with Redis databases, products, solutions and services.
• Understand, quantify and verify customer business needs and use cases.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams to ensure success of POCs and pilots.
• Work with Sales to develop account strategies and identify opportunities.
• Present Redis capabilities and business impact to customers and stakeholders.
• Incorporate customer feedback to improve technical materials and product docs.
