The Solution Engineering Team

This team leads in Marketing Cloud technology, working closely with sales to solve customer challenges, deliver digital transformation, and showcase solutions through demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to address digital marketing challenges.
• Demonstrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities through software demos and prototyping.
• Present complex solutions clearly to executive audiences with compelling storytelling.
• Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years in solution engineering, with at least 5 years in marketing technology, personalization, or loyalty solutions.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth through Martech solutions for enterprise clients.
• Strategic vision and thought leadership in marketing technology.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and enterprise CRM solutions.
• Industry experience in the US Public Sector.
