Job summary

Fullsight, LLC is hiring a Principal Software Engineer in Warrendale, PA. This hybrid role requires 2 days in office and allows up to 3 days remote.

You will serve as a technical expert, leading architecture and development for complex web-based applications, including UI, e-commerce, and integrations. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in CS/CE, 10+ years of hands-on Java/Spring experience, and at least one AWS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on software engineering with Java including Spring.
• AWS certification(s) required at least one.
• 2+ years in a Team Lead role.
• Experience with microservices, NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB), containerization, CI/CD, RabbitMQ, OAuth/OpenID, and ELK.

Responsibilities

• Lead, architect, and provide technical expertise on large projects.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain web-based systems.
• Guide teams, perform code reviews, and ensure security and performance.
• Interface with customers for improvements and architect documentation.
