Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years hands-on software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years in a Team Lead role and 8+ years in related work.
• Strong JAVA/Spring and AWS background with distributed systems experience.
• Familiarity with microservices, NoSQL, containerization, CI/CD, and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert, lead, and architect on large, complex projects.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain web-based applications and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues; propose improvements.
• Research problems and evaluate new web technologies to enhance functionality.
• Lead team in design, development, testing, and debugging; manage priorities.
• Interact with customers for requested improvements and provide progress updates.
