Job summary

Roblox in San Mateo, CA is seeking a technical leader to design agentic workflows for customer-facing and internal safety tools. You will influence the roadmap, mentor engineers, and build scalable systems with a strong focus on LLM-enabled features.

You are a hands-on leader with 8+ years in CS, proficient in C#/Java/Python, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and RPC, and capable of end-to-end delivery across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required with 8+ years hands-on experience.
• Experience developing solutions with LLMs is required.
• Experience with modern languages (C#, Java, Python) and scalable systems is required.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture, RESTful APIs and RPC.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows and technical solutions for customer-facing and internal use cases.
• Stay current with LLM trends and develop innovative, cost-optimized features for the chatbot.
• Influence roadmap and strategy with product, operations and cross-functional partners.
