Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of industry experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Expert-level experience with Node.js for backend development and architecture.
• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in business or technical field.
• Track record of designing and developing data or software products.
• Expertise with databases, particularly Mongo Atlas, and REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Redis, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, robust Node-based applications.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Lead architecture across components; collaborate across teams.
• Design systems within the investment segment.
• Support Product Manager in planning and product performance.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable backlog items.
• Write clear user epics and stories with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with architects to ensure technical decisions are implemented and identify automation opportunities.
