Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience as Principal Engineer, Founding Engineer, Staff+ Engineer, or Engineering Lead.
• Demonstrated ownership of large-scale products from design through production and growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, build, and support scalable full stack apps with Node.js and React.
• Lead the integration of AI-enabled features into internal and customer platforms.
• Create and maintain robust backend APIs and microservices for logistics solutions.
• Set technical vision, advance system architecture, and optimize cloud infrastructure.
• Drive integration of third-party services and data sources.
• Mentor senior engineers and align with executive stakeholders on standards.
