You will partner with product teams to deliver scalable, resilient software, improve usability, performance, and reliability in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications
- 6-8 years of software engineering experience
- Mastery of Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proficient in modern web frameworks like Node.js and ReactJS
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud
- Expertise in modern software design, including microservices and AI integration
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams to develop scalable software solutions
- Document and ensure adherence to quality and change control standards
- Automate infrastructure and monitoring services through custom scripts
- Conduct destructive testing to enhance production resiliency
- Create dashboards and alerts for proactive issue management
- Identify and implement product enhancements for better user experience
- Support application performance monitoring and triage high-priority issues
