Qualifications

• Ability to lead projects, influence direction, and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical vision by evaluating new technologies and methodologies to improve processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers.

• Resolve complex software issues and optimize system performance.
• Establish best practices for development, reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute across the full SDLC and serve as a technical liaison for stakeholders.
