Job summary

PNC is seeking a Software Engineer Principal within the Lending Tech organization, based in multiple U.S. locations including Dallas, TX; Pittsburgh, PA; Birmingham, AL; Strongsville, OH; or Phoenix, AZ.

You will design, implement and evolve enterprise-grade software using Java 8/11/17, Groovy and Python, with BRMS and microservices, REST/SOAP, and cloud-native architectures. Strong expertise in OO design, DDD, and CI/CD is required, along with API design and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java 8/11/17 and modern language features.
• Experience with BRMS/Rules Engines and APIs.
• Strong OO design, SOLID, DDD, and enterprise architecture.
• Microservices, cloud-native, REST/SOAP integrations.
• API design, Swagger/OpenAPI, and automated testing.
• CI/CD, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.
• Azure Data Factory experience and scripting in Groovy/Python.
