Qualifications

• 10+ years experience with MEAN stack and modernizing legacy frameworks.
• Experience in cloud engineering environments, with AWS focus.
• Expertise in prompt/context engineering and AI tooling within software development.

Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Initiatives across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) from discovery to ownership.
• Lead AI-First Engineering Practices and evaluate AI-generated code for security and correctness.
• Execute with autonomy, translating product problems into technical solutions.
• Define and govern engineering standards for testability, observability, and performance.
• Architect complex systems balancing product needs with security constraints.
• Mentor and uplevel engineers through design reviews and guidance on security practices.
• Drive strategic alignment with product partners using lightweight RFCs.
