Qualifications

• Must have a Top-Secret clearance with SCI and ability to pass a Counterintelligence polygraph.
• Minimum of 10 years or more of professional experience in Software Development.
• Master’s degree, or an authorized substitution for a bachelor’s degree plus four additional years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative/distributed team environment.
• Experience developing software using various programming languages and technologies.
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and testing complex software applications.
• Experience with the software development life cycle.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
• Update software or enhance existing software capabilities.
• May work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.
• May maintain databases within an application area.
