Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in high-speed signal integrity engineering.
• Proficiency with SI simulation tools (ADS/Sigrity/HFSS).

Responsibilities

• Model and simulate end-to-end high-speed channels including transceivers, packages, PCB and cross-board connections.
• Perform time/frequency domain SI analyses using standard tools (IBIS-AMI, SPICE, EM).
• Identify loss, reflections and crosstalk, and drive issue resolution.
• Run channel simulations to optimize eye diagrams, BER and SNR.
• Provide design guidelines on materials, stack-up, routing and layout optimization.
• Review PCB layouts and materials for SI/PI issues and propose fixes.
• Support lab validation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule.
