As a Lead Technical Consultant , you will serve as a senior delivery leader in the Professional Services organization, playing a critical role in designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise solutions on the Ushur platform. You will not only guide the successful onboarding of customers but also mentor junior consultants, shape best practices, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical depth, consultative experience, and a passion for driving business value through enterprise-grade solutions. You will operate as a trusted technical advisor to customers while ensuring solution quality, delivery efficiency, and long-term customer success.
