Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a collaborative team and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions. You will design, develop, install, modify, implement, and troubleshoot applications while maintaining adherence to architecture standards.

The role focuses on planning and executing annual upgrades, building scalable integrations, and ensuring data governance across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven experience planning, testing, and executing ServiceNow annual upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, development framework, and best practices.
• Extensive experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data governance.
• Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI customization.
• Additional code languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, or C++ are a plus.
• Experience supporting or migrating between on-premises and cloud ServiceNow environments is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field is required.
• 7 years of relevant work experience is required.
