Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Principal Scientist for CX Product Insights at the Glenview R&D Center. You will act as the technical authority for consumer experience research, architecting fit-for-purpose CX learning strategies across the product lifecycle and translating consumer needs into actionable product and packaging requirements.

You will lead end-to-end study design, select appropriate methods, and synthesize findings for executive and technical audiences, while coaching teams to elevate CX

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum in a relevant field.
• Experience as a technical authority across CX research methods.
• Ability to influence product/packaging decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Provide CX technical leadership for assigned portfolio.
• Architect end-to-end CX learning plans from exploration to validation.
• Coach scientists and partners to embed CX rigor across the function.
• Lead stakeholder readouts with tailored narratives for executives and technical audiences.
• Audit vendor strategy and performance, ensuring data integrity.
