Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or PharmD in clinical pharmacology, pharmacometrics or related field.
• 2–5 years in regulated pharma/biotech with bioanalytical experience.
• Experience with PK/PD, PBPK analyses and modeling software.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidance for clinical pharmacology.
• Experience with anticancer agents, preferably ADCs or RLTs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and deliver CP&MS strategy for late-stage and early programs.
• Apply PK/PD, PBPK and modeling to inform dose selection and go/no-go decisions.
• Collaborate with CROs and scientists to conduct pharmacology studies.
• Prepare study protocols, analyses, reports and regulatory documents.
