Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Scientist, Advanced Manufacturing to lead global deployment of cutting-edge manufacturing technologies within MSAT. You will drive strategy, execution across sites, and partnerships with cross-functional teams to accelerate technology adoption and improve supply reliability.

You will shape end-to-end deployment from concept to lifecycle, define business cases, and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, MSAT, process engineering, or related technical functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy global deployment strategies for advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Lead deployment of manufacturing and integrated quality technologies across sites.
• Define business cases and value realization for deployment opportunities.
• Provide scientific leadership for complex manufacturing challenges and collaborations.
