The role partners with MSAT, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Site Leadership to drive technology transfer and lifecycle upgrades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, MSAT, process engineering, or related technical functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading global deployment of complex manufacturing technologies.
• Experience with commercialization, technology transfer, process validation, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement global deployment strategies for advanced manufacturing technologies across the synthetic manufacturing network.
• Lead global deployment of advanced manufacturing and integrated quality technologies following a defined process.
• Define and communicate compelling business cases for deployment opportunities.
• Provide scientific leadership for complex technical challenges in commercial manufacturing processes.
• Establish strong partnerships and influence leadership through clear technical strategy and progress.
