Infosys seeks a Principal SAP HCM & SF Payroll Consultant to drive US Payroll implementations, enhancements, and support within the SURE unit. You will analyze complex HR processes, design solutions, and ensure payroll accuracy across states.

Join a team that partners with clients in services, utilities, energy, and resources to deliver scalable ERP customizations, data migrations, and secure, compliant processes with a focus on performance.

Competenze

• Experience in SAP EC Payroll and US Payroll implementations.
• Hands-on payroll runs, PCRs, schemas, and reporting knowledge.
• Knowledge of SAP HR data processes and ABAP review from a functional view.

Mansioni

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture, guiding customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and develop software with the dev team.
• Lead large-scale data migrations and implement integration workflows with external apps.
• Drive performance optimization, security, and audit compliance initiatives.
• Create documentation and lead training workshops for users.
