Summary

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Principal's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while ensuring efficient time management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the Principal, staff, students, parents, and community members.

  • Maintain student records, staff files, and school documents in compliance with district policies and regulations.

  • Organize and maintain the Principal's office, ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.
  • Support the Principal in various administrative tasks, including budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in the preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on action items.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations within the school and district.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
